NEWS!!!!

Hey everybody! It's been long time without writting anything. There's two main reasons why that happened: 1) I've been trapped by Facebook and all my internet activity is now related with this social network (even emailing and working activities) .. and 2) I've been extremely busy preparing the launching of Aquiservicios.com. For the ones who I haven't told about it, it's an internet project that I've been working for almost one year.

AN INTERESTING ARTICLE ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ECUADOR AND SPAIN.

I found this article very interesting and it made me think that the key of the development of my country could be in the increase of the relations with strong countries such as Spain, and not with the crazy Chavez who is searching for a latinamerican union in a stupid way.

Resumen: En 1999 comenzó el boom de la emigración ecuatoriana en España. En estos pocos años transcurridos, la colonia ecuatoriana se ha consolidado como la segunda en importancia tras la marroquí y la primera latinoamericana. El fenómeno va a más, ya que en dos años comenzará el proceso de “reagrupación familiar”, lo que significa que –por lo menos– el número de ecuatorianos se duplicará. España y Ecuador se interesan mutuamente, en los inicios del siglo XXI, por las profundas transformaciones económicas, políticas, sociales y humanas que la emigración implica y que hace que las relaciones bilaterales entre ambos países sean cada vez mayores y más importantes. Este análisis constata que los temas de la agenda bilateral hispano-ecuatoriana ya están definidos en sus términos básicos pero que, a la luz de la nueva realidad, deberían reformularse y llenarse de contenidos concretos.

MY CHRISTMAS VACACTIONS ARE ALREADY PLANNED!

Hey people, since last time I wrote in my blog there are just few things to tell you: I started teaching French in a company (what I love!) , I am also a high school teacher and I got two new investors in Aquiservicios.com, my new project! (My father and another entrepreneur) I has also become a "party boy" since all the last month I have had parties every weekend and finally, Gisella, one of the most nice german girls I have ever met, is comming to Alicante this month.

But, the reason of this post is to tell you that from 26th December 2007 till 4th January 2008 I won't be in Alicante, I will start my Christmas vacations!!! Here is the Spanish map so that you can see all the travel we will make:

WHAT'S GOING ON

It's been a while since I wrote the last time. So, here are the two most important news:

* I changed my job: I was so bored that I didn't want to go to work, so one day I decided to quit and it was the best decision I could make. Currently I am working as a supporting teacher for Primary and High school students and I like it a lot. My last job thaught me to be more patient with kids and now that is what help me to be more understanding and have a better relation with them.

* I started going to gym: I confess it, I am so fat (you can see it in my pictures) so I decided to start going to gym. Another good decision because it's terrific. Yesterday I made for the first time Spinning and I almost died, but I survived and I could finish all the session. Good job! :D

Some other things: We travelled to Alfas del Pi, where we made a picnic, walked a lot and sunbathing for the last time in summer. I went for the first time to a Karaoke with some friends and I sang several songs with all my passion :). My personal project is running, now we are waiting for the Beta Version to start making the tests and also working for increasing the sales in my father's company through online promotion.

That's all for now, let's see what happen in the following days. Ah! I almost forgot to tell you: We are already in autumn!!!

GOING OUT WITH MY WORKMATES

Last week I lived a crazy night as the ones I had long long time ago. I went out with my workmates, the most out-of-mind people I have met in Spain. We went to our favorite Chino (Chinesse restaurant) and afterwards to my favorite disco in Alicante (It's next to the sea, it's free, it has latino music :) ) It remembers me a lot the parties with my AIESEC friends.

LAST DAYS IN ALICANTE

There were some events that I wanted to post in my blog and I totally forgot. So I summarize all in one:

JO LEFT SPAIN

For the ones who didn't know, Jo was my flatmate some months ago and after we moved she became my sport partner. She is from England and came to Spain to participate in an exchange programm by teaching English. She is very nice and one of my first friends in Spain. She left Spain some weeks ago and we went out to say her good bye. We wish you the best JO!

NANCY'S BIRTHDAY

Nancy is the first Paraguayan person I have ever met. She is the girlfriend (soon wife) of Mijail, a cuban friend. We have a small celebration in our house, and of course we had a lot cuban food!

GUAYAS IN ALICANTE!

Yes!! We have a contest of Tall Ships in Alicante and "Buque Escuela Guayas" was here!! in Alicante Port. I had a bunch of feelings when I got in to the ecuadorian ship because I remembered Malecon 2000 and when I was a kid and I visit it for the first time. It's good to know for all ecuadorian people that:

1) We had the biggest flag and it could be seen from very far away.
2) Ecuadorian sailors didn't lose the opportunity to sell false CDs of TecnoCumbia and Regueton :)
3) The most loudly music and the only one with a party inside in the night
4) I heard one kid saying: "Dad, this is the best ship of all"

IF I LIVED IN SPRINGFIELD

BULLS NEWS

Two news about bulls (the most "used" animal for hollidays in Spain) that I wanted to share with you.

1) Look at the following picture:

It's a 10-year old kid running in front of the Bulls in San Fermín, the biggest holliday in Pamplona - Spain. The father was the one who obligated the kid to do it and the mother didn't know about that... The kid was terrified (if you make the picture bigger you can see it)... the father was proud of his boy... The mother sued the father and he lost his rights as father (something logical)... Now the illogical part: The father was honored because of the "bad way he has been treated just because teaching his son to enjoy this party". I expect you have the same feelings I have in this moment: nausea and indignation.

2) Short news: It is expected that Bullfight become part of the National Culture Patrimony of Spain. I am sure that will happen...

To close this post, I want to tell you that everytime I hear things like this I think: I cannot believe this things happen in one of the biggest economies in the world. Anyway, World is crazy..
